Made by Internetopia

Internetopia is the art project of Benjamin Redford, a London artist and designer.

In 2014 he asked the internet what he should draw. 220 people sent requests for more than 3,000 cubes of a huge pen-and-ink drawing, and it took him over three months to finish. WIRED, The Atlantic and Fast Company all covered it.

Questions

Will it arrive in time for Christmas in the UK?

That's the plan. Every order is dispatched from London by Thu 10 Dec, in good time for Christmas in the UK. If dispatch slips past 10 Dec, we'll email you with the new date and offer a full refund.

What about Europe and the rest of the world?

Every order is dispatched from London by Thu 10 Dec. Europe should arrive before Christmas. For the rest of the world, Royal Mail International Tracked aims for 5–7 working days, so arrival before Christmas is likely but not guaranteed, especially for Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Every order includes a printable gift card, so you can give it on the day.

Shipping is free in the UK (no minimum), £11 flat to Europe and £16 flat to the rest of the world.

Do prices include import VAT or duty?

Prices don't include import VAT or duty outside the UK. In the EU and the USA, you pay any import VAT, customs duty and the carrier's handling fee on delivery; we don't collect them at checkout.

What does 'edition of 50' mean?

Each print is limited to 50 and numbered in order of purchase. There are no reprints. A set of four uses the same number on all four prints, drawn from each print's 50. If an order is cancelled, that number goes to the next buyer.

How does VIP early access work?

Join the VIP list for early access from 10:00 UK on Thu 26 Nov, a day before the public sale opens on Fri 27 Nov. VIPs get first pick of the low edition numbers. There's no discount. Pre-orders close at 23:59 UK on Mon 30 Nov.

What is the UV secret, and do I get a torch?

Every print hides a hand-inked UV layer. Switch off the lights and shine a UV torch on it. Every print comes with its own mini UV torch, so a set of four comes with four.

What's your returns policy?

The UK 14-day right to cancel applies. You can cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund. After delivery you have 14 days to cancel and a further 14 days to return the print. Single prints from a set can be returned at £50 each. If all four prints from a set come back, we refund the £175 you paid.
